About the author (me):
I am a gallerist, curator and an art collector. In 2020 I founded Artistellar, a nomadic gallery dedicated to emerging artists ( especially women artists) for the next generation of art collectors . Previously, I worked at Sotheby’s London
The Stellar Club is my newest venture in an effort to support and grow interest in the art world and share my research and knowledge of contemporary and emerging art.
⭐Let’s kick of the new year and new week here is a roundup of key moments to define the art market in 2025:

Emerging Artists: Younger collectors drive interest in ultra-contemporary works, with spending on new artists rising by 8%.
Cryptocurrencies: Growing acceptance and legitimacy of crypto in art transactions, bolstered by high-profile purchases.
Economic Outlook: Declining inflation and interest rates could spur art investments, echoing growth seen post-2008.
Online Art Market: Digital platforms show resilience with rising engagement and sales, solidifying their role in the market.
